South Pacific IT Pty Ltd have supplied servers, laptops and related equipment, to our businesses since 2005 as well as providing monitoring and support services. Our business is based in Papua New Guinea where internet and phone services are certainly less than perfect.
The main activity of our business is the supply and service of Medical Dental and Scientific equipment throughout the Pacific including New Caledonia and Fiji. Our technicians frequently travel for long periods and rely on very high level of IT support including remote access to service manuals and other aids necessary for the repair of Medical equipment.
We have always found South Pacific IT to be available to assist with any interruption to our IT availability irrespective of the time of the day or day of the week. Chris has had a great deal of experience with various internet providers across the Pacific and has developed a good working knowledge of individual system capabilities and limitations.
